Situated in Knightsbridge on prime real estate, this scheme combined two penthouse apartments to create one high-end 10 bedroom apartment adjacent to West London’s landmarks.

We were appointed as Executive Architect for the delivery of this scheme on a very tight site with restricted site access and working hours. Co-ordination of high-spec services and AV/security system was within managed within an extremely tight ceiling void without impact on properties below, or the roof plant.

Upon completion this property will be the most expensive apartment in Europe.
