Cunard Building - Internal

This project was to reinstate a number of the interior spaces of the Cunard Building, restoring any original features as they were uncovered, and re-establishing large open-plan spaces in line with the building’s original plans. The spaces across all floors had been cellularised along structural bay lines during the 1980’s and a large number of suspended ceilings installed. The proposals removed the suspended ceilings, introduced pendant and wall lights utilising the original locations as guides and moved all the services under the floor with a RAF.
